Leave for about 30 minutes. Wash the lemongrass and cut it into thin rings. Clean the onion and cut into pieces of 1-2 centimeters. Remove seeds from paprika and cut in cubes.
Make a marinade from mustard, acacia honey, orange juice and white wine. Then cut the fish fillets into steaks, salt and pepper it lightly. Place the fish slices in the prepared marinade, in a small bowl, and mix it thoroughly. The fish slices should be placed into the refrigerator for 2 hours.
